    Apollo 50-year anniversary. It’s estimated that 650 million people watched the historic landing on July 20, 1969. I remember that night spent in Vasto, Abruzzo, in my grandparents’ home with my dad. The church bells were still not able to chime simultaneously and yet man was about to make history. At least at the time. There was no Internet, there weren’t CDs, Apple hadn’t invented anything yet, and there weren’t even cell phones.
