  • Apparently the first form of verbal communication between human beings closely approximated what we might define as a “song,” i.e., the verbal utterance of sounds bound together by a communicative, or emotional, structure. In short, our ancestors talked to one another by using sounds formed by a logic dictated by their feelings or needs at a given time. It’s no coincidence that our voice is known as the “first instrument,” the first means of emitting sounds that were elaborate and pleasing (or displeasing, depending on the case).
  • We went, together with Roberto Mancinelli, to visit Virginio during a co-writing session in a New York studio. The young singer a n d songwriter is attending a writing camp together with authors like Jesse Harris, Andy Maervel, Dimitri Elrrich. "Roberto has managed to involve authors who have put their experience at our disposal, and the end result was a harmonious collaboration" the artist says.
  • Like a hot wind blowing in from the East, Levante, born Claudia Lagona, is about to make her US debut at SXSW, the annual music, film, and interactive conference and festival held in Austin, TX, taking place on March 17 – 21, 2015. Showcase dates follow on Monday March 23 in Los Angeles at Genghis Cohen, and on Wednesday March 25 at The Standard, East Village in New York.

  • On June 11th, Maestro Matteo Fedeli, accompanied by Andrea Carcano on the piano, played the 1715 Bazzini violin by Antonio Stradivari. The concert, at the beautiful Church of St. Anthony of Padua in New York, was organized in collaboration with the European American Chamber of Commerce.
