    Food authority Francine Segan comes out with a new book "Pasta Modern, New & Inspired Recipes from Italy", that sets the scene in an Italy that is vibrant, ever-changing, and moving forward and where the hottest, newest, and most unusual pasta dishes, 100 recipes in total, are provided by food bloggers, home cooks, artisan pasta makers, and vanguard chefs
  • The green heart of Italy was presented by Enit Director, Eugenio Magnani, Fabio Paparelli Regional Umbria Councilor, Valentino Valentini the Former Mayor of Montefalco and Chiara Dall’Aglio, Head of Umbria Territorial Marketing.

  • The Turin and Langhe-Roero areas in Piedmont were the focus of ENIT’s latest event on July 17. The outreach to the American tourism sector operators presented the audience with information on Piedmont’s capital city, Turin, a full-fledged European metropolis after the 2006 Winter Olympic Games, and on the Langhe-Roero hills with their 1,000 wine cellars. Along with representatives from Piedmont’s institutions, world record quick-change artist Arturo Brachetti, a native from Turin, was present at the event as a cultural ambassador for his region and city.
  • With three National Parks occupying most of its surface, Abruzzo is known as “Europe’s Green Region.” A must see for all lovers of Italy, Abruzzo was recently presented at ENIT New York, where ENIT’s Vice-President and Abruzzo native Mauro Di Dalmazio discussed the beauty and the culture of his region with American tourism operators.
